Fujian Science Technology and Culture Innovation Association (FSTCIA) was founded in 2013. Under the charge of Fujian Association for Science and Technology and registered in Fujian Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, it is an academic, scientific and non-profit social organization composed of voluntary scientific and cultural practitioners, relevant enterprises, scientific organizations and universities in Fujian Province.

Chongqing International Cultural Exchange Center (CQICEC) is established in 2001. Under the administration of Chongqing Municipal Government’s General Office, our tenet is to promote mutual understanding and cooperation between Chongqing and the world through both international and domestic exchange programs in the fields of science, economy, education, culture and arts, as well as to provide excellent services to Chongqing in its endeavor of achieving economic growth, technological development and cultural prosperity and building a harmonious society.

Chongqing Training Center for International Cooperation (CTCIC) was established on November 29th, 2011, as a private non-enterprise institution directly aimed at building platforms for international talent exchange and cooperation, promoting regional development and cultural exchange.
