China Northeast Asia Agriculture Research and Training Center

CNAAC is directly led by CICETE, province and city foreign economic relations bureau, attached to Jilin Province Foreign Economic Relations Bureau, and grew out of the Jilin City Academy of Agricultural Sciences engaging in agricultural research, agricultural technology training and comprehensively developing international agricultural technology exchange and cooperation. At present, CNAAAC has 200 technical staff, among them there are 12professors, 34 vice-professors and 69 assistant-professors. There are 11 institutes (including Rice Research Institute, Soybean Research Institute, Maize Research Institute,Soil and Fertilizer Research Institute, Plant Protection Research Institute,New and High Technology Research Institute, Animal Husbandry Research Institute, Food Research Institute and Information Research Institute), for administrative divisions (Administrative Office ,Scientific Research Administration Division, Foreign Affairs Division AND Personnel an Labor-capital Division), and for technology development division, also got good achievement in the aspect of agricultural science research, scientific research and foreign affairs ,agricultural technology training, scientific technology sysytem reform.
